Here is my layout for the 3MMM (Melbourne Midwinter Madscrappers) Retreat challenge. It was a double layout with a sketch and features each of the women who attended.

June Scrap Jack - BOOTiful GIRL

and finally here is my layout for Scrap Jack, again based on the gorgeous work by Mel. The photo is of Zoe, being totally cute and cheeky, and I've used the new MME range of PP's.

June Stuck?!Sketches

Here is my layout based on the sketch on June's Stuck?!Sketches challenge.
The photos are of DH with his beloved kookaburras, that come to feed every day.

RERT - We're off to Lake Argyle

Week 2 of the Red Earth Road Trip and we are off to Lake Argyle in WA. This layout is inspired by the pink diamonds mined there, so we had to create a layout with PINK, and the secret clue was 'bling'.
The layout is of my littlest great neice, Lyla.

3 MMM retreat.

What an amazing weekend. Here are the layouts that I created for the challenges set for us by Kylie and Miriam. The first is a challenge inspired by a quote on "madness". (3 MMM stood for Melbourne Midwinter Madscrappers)> The layout is of little Zoe, naked and sitting in a bucket - pretty mad I think.

The second challenge was a RAK challenge, where we had to describe a photo and our RAKers had to create a kit that matched. My RAKer was Alz, and she came up with the most perfect PP's and embellishments. I think it took all of 15 mins to put the layout together.

One fabulous weekend

I've just spent the most fantastic weekend with 8 lvely ladies on a scrapping retreat at Lancefield. We laughed, cried, ate, scrapped, chatted and indulged in our hobby. Here are some layouts I did (that I just did) and are not attached to any other blog or challenge.

The first is of Leigh's school photo (at age 8).

The next is of Aidan's school photo in the same year (1996 - aged 9)

This is of Little Zoe, such a gorgous little girl.

And this one is of Leigh and a lovely young woman, Katy, who is over from England on a working visa, and has lived in a share house with Leigh.

RED EARTH ROAD TRIP Stop 1 - COWRA "a PEACEful place"

Well the Red Earth bus has left the station and started it's 12 week virtual tour/ competition. The first stop is Cowra with Linda giving us a lovely tour of the Japanese Friendship Gardens, the PEACE bell and the beautiful wineries. Needless to say the girls have made the most of that part of the tour!!

Challenge 1 was to make a layout using the word PEACE or FRIENDSHIP in the title, and of course adding the bonus item. The card challenge was to use some folded paper (oragami).
My photos are from Paradise Falls in the beautiful King Valley, an outing we did with the camera club a couple of months ago.
